The hotel rooms, although dated and tired, were clean and somewhere we would stay again. The service was friendly and helpful, particularly at the reception desk and during breakfast. The location was very convenient for exploring the town and enjoying the port area. The dining options were varied, but some found them limited and expensive. Overall, the hotel offered a satisfactory experience with a few minor drawbacks.

I found the hotel to have its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of storage, but the decor was lacking, with only a crude mural on one wall. The bathroom was clean, but not as depicted in the photos online. On the positive side, the top floor had a walk-in wet-room, which was a nice touch.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were large, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was clean, but the decor was minimal, featuring only a crudely daubed mural on one wall. The walk-in wet-room on the top floor was a unique feature.
Service
8.0
The service was a mix of helpful and friendly, but there were instances where the staff seemed displeased. Overall, they were great, joyful, and helpful, providing services like room service and wedding assistance.
Location
9.0
The location was convenient for the port and town activities. Being downtown in Le Havre was a plus for exploring restaurants, pubs, and entertainment options. It also suited us well for our ferry crossing the next day.
Dining
5.0
Although the dining was described as horrible by some, I found it to be adequate. The buffet-style breakfast, while not exceptional, did feature the smallest croissants in France. Perhaps a better place could be found for breakfast.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel amenities were satisfactory, with everything essential for a comfortable stay. While not luxurious, they served their purpose well.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in downtown Le Havre, close to the marina and within walking distance of the beach. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious, with a fantastic walk-in wet-room. The staff were so friendly and helpful, providing great tips on local attractions and dining spots. The only downside was the somewhat limited and pricey dining options, but the overall value for money was excellent.

The best thing about this hotel is its location right in the heart of Le Havre, making it convenient for sightseeing and close to the marina and the beach.
Dining

While the dining options were a bit limited and pricey, the local focaccia bread was worth trying, although it would have been better with more choices.
Facilities

The hotel offers great facilities that enhance the overall stay experience, even though the dining could have been better. The pool area was well-maintained and added to the enjoyment of the stay.

I found the hotel to have spacious rooms that, although plain, were clean and comfortable. While I felt the need to clean some surfaces upon arrival, the overall size of the room was large and met my needs. The service at the hotel was a mix of really friendly and helpful staff in interaction, with some areas being less cheerful. The location, right in downtown Le Havre, was the best feature, offering a quiet yet centrally convenient stay. The dining experience varied from lacking choice to being good with an array of options. The facilities were sufficient, but some details could have been improved.
